Public Hearing of
April 6, 2005
I. CALL TO ORDER - 8:00 p.m.

Others Present: Town Planner Noreen O’Toole
Administrative Assistant Barbara Ferguson
Town Planner Noreen O’Toole advised the Board that, although a revised plan had been sent to the Board’s review engineer, Merrill Associates, Inc. of Hanover and a review of that plan by Merrill, dated April 6, 2005 had been received in the office, no copies of the plan were forwarded to the Planning Board office for review by Planning Board members and other departments. For that reason, the Board determined that the hearing would have to be continued with the required information provided in the interim.
Motion to continue the public hearing for Hemlock Hills - Phase 2 until May 18, 2005 at 8:00 p.m.: Gerard LeBlanc
Second: David Nagle
